Description
Indie Campers is hiring a City Lead to run daily operations at a small campervan and RV depot. The role is 70–80% hands-on and covers rental check-in/check-out, documentation, system updates, cleaning, maintenance coordination, fleet readiness, KPI tracking, ancillary sales, basic vehicle checks, shift coordination, onboarding, cost control, and RV preparation for sales appointments. The position requires 2–4 years of relevant fast-paced operations or customer-facing experience, a Category B driving licence, English proficiency, physical ability to handle depot tasks, and flexibility for weekends, holidays, peak periods, and extended shifts.
