Indie Campers is hiring a City Lead / BOS to manage the daily operations and performance of a city depot for campervan and RV rentals and servicing. The role is highly hands-on and combines operational leadership, team supervision, cost control, KPI tracking, and vehicle turnaround oversight, with direct reporting to the District Manager. Candidates need 3–5 years of fast-paced operations/logistics/rental/customer-facing experience, a Category B driving licence, and English proficiency; Norwegian is a plus.
