Indie Campers is hiring a City Lead / BOS to manage the daily operations, performance, costs, and customer experience of a city depot. The role is highly hands-on and includes leading the local operational team, monitoring KPIs and SOPs, improving vehicle availability, handling repairs when needed, and overseeing RV preparation for sales appointments. Candidates need 3–5 years of experience in fast-paced operations or related customer-facing environments, a Category B driving license, and strong English skills; Norwegian is a plus.
