Gozem, a technology group founded in 2018, is seeking a City Manager to oversee all city-level activities, service quality, and expansion efforts. This role involves leading a local team, driving sales and business growth, ensuring efficient operations, and promoting the Gozem brand. The City Manager will collaborate with the Country Manager to define and implement local strategies, monitor budgets, identify challenges, and foster partnerships to enhance the digital ecosystem in French-speaking Africa.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Strong entrepreneurial mindset and experience in a startup.
1-2 years of experience in mobility/micromobility/operations or more than 2 years in other sectors.
Preferred Qualifications: Strong synthesis and strategic thinking, capable of delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
Enjoyable teamwork and adept at cross-departmental stakeholder collaboration.
Desire to work for a pan-African company making significant impacts in the digital sector.
Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
Strong knowledge of budget management.
Proficient in using Gsheets, Queries, and PowerPoint presentations.
Fluent in French, English, and the local language of the assigned city.
