The City of Princeton is seeking a City Manager to report to the City Council and lead the city through rapid growth, financial sustainability, a $109 million capital improvement program, expanded staffing and services, public safety, infrastructure, economic development, and stakeholder partnerships. The role requires a collaborative, highly visible leader with a proven record in fast-growing municipal environments, strong communication and talent-development skills, and the ability to advise elected officials and balance strategic planning with operational excellence.
