Description
The City of Shawnee is hiring a Traffic Engineer to develop, manage, and oversee city traffic operations, including transportation planning, traffic oversight, contract administration, project management, development and project review, and public interaction. The role may be filled at the Associate Traffic Engineer or City Traffic Engineer level, with civil engineering education required and varying experience and professional registration requirements. The schedule is generally eight-hour days Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, with attendance at some evening meetings required.
