Description
HDR is seeking a Civic Principal to lead and grow its Civic architecture practice in the Omaha Metro region, Nebraska, and the broader Midwest. The role combines practice leadership, client relationship management, project oversight, business development, proposal and interview leadership, team development, and sustainable design advocacy across civic and potentially selected private-sector projects. The successful candidate will be a registered architect with a bachelor's degree in architecture, 15 years of related experience, at least 7 years of project management experience, large-scale project experience, strong local and regional market knowledge, and demonstrated leadership in complex multidisciplinary projects.
