AECOM is hiring a Civil & Structural Engineering Graduate to work on bridge projects from concept design through implementation, including structural design, bridge assessment, finite-element analysis, inspections, renewal feasibility studies, on-site supervision, and scheme management. The role is part of the Graduate Development Programme and offers hybrid work options across AECOM offices and client sites. Candidates need a BEng in Civil or Structural Engineering with a 2:1 classification or above, strong technical and communication skills, and willingness to work toward chartership.
