LAT Nitrogen is hiring a Civil and Structural Engineering Specialist on a temporary or fixed-term contract to define, manage, and execute construction projects for infrastructure at its Grand-Quevilly production site. The role covers feasibility assessments, project specifications, subcontractor coordination, safety and regulatory compliance, schedule and budget management, emergency troubleshooting, and technical solutions for a demanding industrial environment. Candidates need hands-on construction project management experience, knowledge of civil and structural materials and regulations, technical English, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams and external contractors.
