Michael Baker International is hiring a Civil Associate I - Construction to support highway, roadway, and bridge construction inspection projects in Madison or Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The role monitors contractor and subcontractor activities, reviews plans and specifications, documents work progress, prepares field sketches and digital templates, and conducts or coordinates concrete and soil/aggregate testing. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field, EIT certification or pursuit of P.E. licensure, and 0–2 years of relevant engineering experience. Compensation is $62,267–$89,898 per year, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
