HDR is hiring a Civil BIM Specialist for its Transportation Business Group. The role leads digital delivery and BIM model management for multidisciplinary transportation projects, including establishing project digital delivery plans, coordinating discipline models, maintaining document and server infrastructure, monitoring model health and quality, supporting digital deliverables through project closeout, and mentoring staff. The position requires a technical degree or equivalent relevant experience, at least five years each in BIM element authoring and digital delivery/model management, advanced 3D design and coordination software skills, document management and communication tools, and strong communication, analytical, organizational, and leadership abilities. Roadway modeling experience is preferred.
