Civil Construction Heavy Equipment Operator at J+M Infrastructure

J+M Infrastructure is hiring a construction-site operator to work on civil, site, utilities, and excavation projects in Charlottesville and the Lynchburg, Virginia area. The role requires operating heavy equipment such as trackhoes, backhoes, dozers, end dumps, skid steers, wheel and track loaders, mini excavators, and rollers, along with tape-measuring, physical-site work, and occasional Saturday availability. Five years of civil engineering experience is preferred, as are concrete and pipe-laying experience, a Virginia residence, a valid driver’s license, and a drug test/screening.
