Binnie is hiring a temporary, on-call Civil Construction Inspector for its Structures & Civil Inspection Division, primarily working in the Fort St. John area and the Peace region. The role involves inspecting construction work at designated points, verifying compliance with BC Hydro and owner specifications, reviewing underground plans and civil designs, supporting inspection and survey work, and certifying installation work before energization. The position is variable, ranging from zero hours during off-peak periods to approximately 30 hours per week during active construction phases from May to October, and pays $53.80–$70.33 hourly.
