J+M Infrastructure is hiring a Construction Site Superintendent to lead construction crews and oversee job sites in Charlottesville and the Lynchburg, Virginia area. The role combines equipment operation with site planning, scheduling, production management, safety, crew leadership, and subcontractor oversight. Candidates should have 6–10 years of experience installing water mains, sewer, storm drainage, conduits, duct banks, and related civil-construction activities, along with a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and a CDL preferred.
