J+M Infrastructure is hiring a Project Manager to lead construction-site projects in Charlottesville and the Lynchburg, Virginia area. The role oversees project budgets and schedules, site work, change orders, owner billings, subcontractor and vendor payments, and relationships with owners, vendors, subcontractors, field employees, and office staff. Candidates should have at least six years of experience, preferably in Virginia, with construction and utilities experience, strong estimating and scheduling skills, the ability to read plans and specifications, and excellent communication and computer skills.
