LaRiviere, Inc. is hiring full-time civil construction project superintendents for heavy civil work in the Lewiston, Idaho and surrounding areas. The field role plans workflows, schedules manpower and equipment, oversees safety compliance, trains personnel, operates heavy equipment, and assists with manual labor. Applicants need at least seven years of heavy equipment operating experience, five years of leadership experience on heavy highway construction projects, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, computer skills, and the ability to read plans.
