Description
J+M Infrastructure is hiring an on-site Superintendent to lead multi-site underground utilities and surface infrastructure projects valued at $2.5 million to $11 million. The role manages blueprints, schedules, production, materials, equipment, subcontractors, crew safety, sitework, regulatory compliance, client relationships, and crew development. Candidates need at least six years of relevant site-preparation or civil infrastructure experience, OSHA 30 and CPR/First Aid certification, and a valid driver's license. The position is on-site within a two-hour radius of Lynchburg, Virginia, with a Monday-Friday schedule and occasional overtime or weekend work.
