Description
The Senior Work Planner serves as the technical, organizational, and financial link between design, execution, and the client in civil engineering and construction projects. Responsibilities include preparing and monitoring work schedules, cost estimates, and execution schedules; translating design drawings into executable plans; consulting with clients, engineers, site managers, and suppliers; reviewing contract documents and technical designs; identifying risks; and supporting execution. The role requires completed MBO or HBO education in a relevant civil or construction field, at least five years of work-planning experience, knowledge of RAW, UAV(-GC), specifications, and costing methods, and strong scheduling and cost-control skills. The starting salary is €4,000.00 to €5,500.00, with additional benefits including a holiday allowance, company car, pension plan, paid leave, and a training budget.
