The role involves planning, drafting, design analysis, site visits, construction observation, data collection, and supporting senior engineers, using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Revit. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field, 2–4 years of drafting and engineering-plan design experience, strong technical communication and teamwork skills, and EIT certification or the ability to obtain it within 12 months.
