The role requires 4–6+ years of civil consulting engineering experience, a relevant engineering technology degree or diploma, CAD proficiency, and eligibility for professional registration; municipal project experience and construction inspection experience are preferred. The position offers mentorship and training and pays $62,605–$106,700 annually.
