MHB is hiring a Civil Draftsperson / Structural Technician – Civil Engineering to plan and draft underground power cable routes, transformer stations, substations, foundations, access routes, and ground or slope stabilizations for photovoltaic power plants and energy storage units. The role uses AutoCAD, analyzes existing infrastructure, prepares site plans and digital terrain models, supports permitting documentation, and coordinates with authorities, municipalities, external planning offices, and internal stakeholders. The position is based at MHB’s locations in Merkendorf and Dessau and offers office and site work, flexible working, and career development opportunities.
