RESPEC is hiring a Civil EIT (Engineer in Training) for its Fairbanks, Anchorage, Palmer, Soldotna, and Juneau, Alaska office. The role is a hands-on engineering design position in the Transportation Market Sector, involving multidisciplinary design and construction projects for public and private sector clients. The Civil EIT will design infrastructure, work with clients, and support projects across Alaska. Required qualifications include a B.S. in Civil Engineering, Engineer-in-Training status or the ability to obtain it within one year, AutoCAD and Civil 3D proficiency, strong communication and organizational skills, and a valid driver's license. Experience in construction, Civil 3D modeling, design drawings, calculations, and cost estimating is preferred. Compensation depends on experience and expertise and includes a comprehensive fringe-benefits package.
