RESPEC is hiring an Engineer-in-Training (EIT) to support broad land development and public works projects across Florida. The role covers site and infrastructure design from planning through construction support, including civil design, permitting, project delivery, and multidisciplinary team management. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, pass the FE exam, hold a Florida PE license or obtain one within two years, and have an EIT certification or obtain it within a year. The position requires AutoCAD Civil 3D and Specifications editing proficiency, a valid driver’s license, and vehicle use for business travel.
