Description
HDR is hiring a Civil EIT/Coordinator to support project teams in the design of site development and water infrastructure projects across its Water Business Group. The role involves designing drinking water, wastewater, utility, and water resources systems; preparing construction plans, specifications, and cost estimates; assisting with engineering reports and studies; performing calculations, site visits, and field investigations; and supporting construction-phase engineering services. An Engineer in Training certificate is preferred, while candidates without one may be hired as Coordinators and expected to obtain it for career progression. A bachelor's degree and commitment to HDR's employee-owned culture are required, with familiarity with AutoCAD, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and Bentley hydraulic modeling software preferred.
