Köster is hiring a Civil Engineer / Architect as Construction Site Manager to independently lead a technically demanding construction project and report to project management. The role coordinates foremen and subcontractors, ensures work meets quality, schedule, and cost requirements, and documents on-site processes. Candidates need a degree in civil engineering or architecture or an equivalent technical qualification, several years of construction site management experience for turnkey logistics real estate projects, and strong knowledge of VOB.
