The Theo Müller Group is hiring a Civil Engineer / Architect for Construction Site Supervision to support construction and building maintenance projects at its Aretsried and Freising sites. The role covers project planning, concept development, subcontractor coordination, building-stock adjustments, budgets, warranty management, defect remediation, and building documentation. Candidates need a degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or building design drafting, at least two years of construction site or project management experience, strong project management and CAD skills, German negotiation-level communication, and willingness to travel regularly between the two locations.
