Köster is hiring a full-time Civil Engineer / Architect / Technician for Tendering Turnkey Construction in Stuttgart. The role prepares tender documents for subcontract services, reviews construction contracts, creates bills of quantities, coordinates with project management and planners, advises on technical and economic optimizations, and supports tender negotiations. Applicants need a degree in civil engineering or architecture or a comparable qualification, initial professional experience in tendering or construction-project coordination, strong IT skills, and experience with surveying and estimating software, ideally Bluebeam and RIB iTWO.
