Drees & Sommer is hiring a senior construction manager to independently supervise and manage demanding road construction and civil engineering projects from the construction phase through commissioning. The role directs construction activities, supervises trades, ensures quality and compliance, leads the construction management team, coordinates commercial execution and stakeholders, and prepares project reports. Candidates need a civil engineering degree or equivalent construction qualification, at least five years of relevant experience, knowledge of VOB and HOAI, strong German skills, and willingness to work on construction sites in Germany; remote work is an option.
