Placer County is hiring a Civil Engineer - Associate for its Department of Public Works Engineering Division, with applications open through the calendar year or the final filing date. The role plans, organizes, directs, and supervises professional engineering activities; reviews and approves complex engineering designs; supports capital improvement projects such as bridge replacement, roadway widening, bike facilities, pedestrian walkways, traffic engineering, transportation planning, solid waste management, and flood control; and participates in budgeting, staff training, performance evaluations, and public service. The position is permanent and full-time, with work in Auburn, California and surrounding areas, Roseville, California and surrounding areas, and a salary of $57.80-$72.20 per hour.
