Description
AFRY is hiring an experienced Civil Engineer for its Energy Division’s Thermal and Renewable Energy team in the United Kingdom. The role covers civil engineering from concept through detailed design, including drawings, specifications, estimates, schedules, design reviews, feasibility and due-diligence studies, site inspections, construction monitoring, risk mitigation, and support for business development and junior engineers. Candidates need a minimum 2:1 civil engineering degree, Chartered Engineer status, and detailed knowledge of UK energy-sector codes and standards; experience with structural design, energy projects, site surveys, BIM, and CAD is advantageous. The position is based in London, Oxford, or Horsham, offers hybrid working, and does not include Skilled Worker visa sponsorship.
