Cushing Terrell is hiring a remote Civil Engineer to support land development projects across the country. The role involves developing calculations, specifications, and three-dimensional site designs with AutoCAD Civil 3D, applying civil engineering codes and standards to grading, drainage, utility, and site design work, and contributing to water and wastewater design. The engineer will take projects from conception through final design with minimal senior oversight, build client relationships, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and prepare technical documentation. The position requires an ABET-accredited civil engineering degree, at least 8 years of civil engineering experience, a current Professional Engineer license, and proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and related software. The expected salary range is $88,000 to $115,000 annually, with an annual performance bonus and no visa sponsorship.
