Design Tree is hiring one full-time Civil Engineer for its Design Tree - Twin Cities location. The role combines civil site design, project management, client and stakeholder communication, permitting, construction administration, QC review, and business development. The engineer will lead or coordinate multidisciplinary projects, manage budgets and schedules, coordinate consultants and subcontractors, and support junior staff. The position requires 4–10 years of relevant experience, a related degree or diploma, PE or EIT status on track to obtain PE, and proficiency with Civil 3D, HydroCAD, MIDs, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office; the company offers a full remote-working environment.
