Description
Fluidstack is hiring a Civil Engineer to own the civil engineering workstream across a multi-site data center development portfolio, from site screening through permitting and construction completion. The role leads civil due diligence, grading and earthwork design, stormwater and utility design, phased delivery, permitting strategy, consultant management, and coordination with structural, MEP, fiber, and architectural teams. Candidates should have experience with large-scale site development, civil design through IFC, site-selection risk assessment, geotechnical interpretation, and relevant permitting; a PE license and experience with expansive clay, karst, high water tables, or utility interconnection coordination are bonuses.
