GHD is hiring a Civil Engineer in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to support municipal water and wastewater projects across the Northeast and Midwest, with a focus on linear water, sanitary sewer, and force main systems. The role covers planning and design through construction support, including technical drawings, specifications, contract documents, cost estimates, hydraulic modeling, system evaluations, inspections, data analysis, engineering solutions, and field support. The position requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil or environmental engineering, at least four years of water or wastewater infrastructure experience, and preferably a Professional Engineer license or the ability to obtain one. The work model is hybrid, with three days per week in the office.
