Intersect is hiring a Development Engineer to provide civil and structural engineering guidance for grid-scale solar, storage, and data-center-adjacent power projects. The role covers design criteria, site layouts, technical diligence, permitting, procurement, and coordination with consultants, EPC partners, general contractors, and other engineering disciplines. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering or equivalent experience, at least seven years of technical civil/structural design experience including two years leading multidisciplinary utility-scale power projects, and proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and Civil 3D. The position is flexible and open to candidates within 60 miles of listed hub locations, with total compensation of USD 188,000 to USD 200,000 plus equity and benefits.
