The role performs civil design and layout, grading, stormwater management, piping and pumping systems, drawings and specifications, client delivery, and construction oversight as a client representative. It requires a B.S. in Civil Engineering, F.E. status, and the ability to obtain P.E. within four years of college graduation, along with 0–4 years of relevant public works and civil design experience.
