Description
The role manages direct project design-team work, production, schedules, quality, budgets, permits, and client and consultant communications across residential, commercial, urban infill, mixed-use, industrial, hospitality, and parks-and-recreation projects. It also serves as a technical resource, stamps work, mentors junior staff, and assists with business development. The position requires 10+ years of land-development experience, PE or PLA registration, AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency, strong analytical and communication skills, and knowledge of applicable codes and permitting requirements.
