Description
Thomas & Hutton is hiring a Civil Engineer to lead civil site development projects for residential, commercial, and industrial clients from concept through construction. The role includes preparing and overseeing water, sewer, and storm drainage construction drawings; leading project teams; coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams; using AutoCAD Civil 3D; monitoring scope, schedule, and budget; supporting proposals and project planning; and mentoring junior engineers. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, a Professional Engineer license, and at least seven years of civil engineering design and project management experience. It is an on-site role with a Monday–Thursday 7:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. schedule and a Friday 7:30 a.m.–11:30 a.m. schedule, with competitive salary, performance bonus, health, dental, vision, prescription, retirement, paid time off, holidays, and tuition assistance.
