Description
Thomas & Hutton is hiring a Civil Engineer to lead residential, commercial, and industrial site development projects from concept through construction. The role includes preparing and overseeing water, sewer, and storm drainage construction drawings; leading project teams; coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors; managing scope, schedule, and budget; supporting proposals and project planning; and mentoring junior engineers. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, a Professional Engineer license, and at least seven years of civil engineering design and project management experience. It is an on-site role with a Monday–Thursday 7:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. schedule and a Friday 7:30 a.m.–11:30 a.m. schedule, with competitive salary, performance bonus, health, dental, vision, prescription, retirement, paid time off, holidays, and tuition assistance.
