Thomas & Hutton is hiring a Civil Engineer to lead residential and private-sector site development projects across the Southeast. The role manages construction drawings for water, sewer, and storm drainage; develops scopes, schedules, and budgets; prepares proposals; coordinates with clients, consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams; oversees engineering work; and supervises engineers and technicians. The position requires a civil engineering bachelor’s degree, a Professional Engineer license, and at least six years of civil engineering design and project management experience, with an on-site Monday–Thursday schedule and a Friday morning schedule.
