Description
Thomas & Hutton is hiring a Civil Engineer to support mission-critical and data center infrastructure projects in the Southeast. The role involves preparing site development construction drawings, designing water, sewer, storm drainage, and underground utility systems, developing engineering calculations and documentation, modeling infrastructure in AutoCAD Civil 3D, supporting client site selection, coordinating with clients and multidisciplinary teams, reviewing work, and managing project scope, schedule, and quality. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, EIT certification or the ability to obtain it within six months, and at least three years of land development design experience using Civil 3D. It is an on-site role with a Monday–Thursday 7:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. schedule and a Friday 7:30 a.m.–11:30 a.m. schedule, with health, dental, vision, prescription, retirement, paid time off, holidays, tuition assistance, and mentoring benefits.
