Description
The Civil Engineer will conduct site visits, assess modifications, alterations, and repairs to horizontal infrastructure, develop plans and specifications, use computer-aided design and drafting equipment, oversee design activities, and assist with field inspections of ongoing construction projects. The position requires a Secret security clearance or equivalent access, a background investigation and credit check, and one year of specialized experience or qualifying graduate education. It is a direct-hire authority appointment for qualified United States citizens.
