Description
The employer is seeking a full-time Civil Engineer specializing in building construction or industrial construction to independently manage and coordinate new-build, renovation, and expansion projects in Regensburg. The role integrates construction projects and technical systems into existing plant and infrastructure, coordinates external planning offices, construction companies, and authorities, ensures compliance with permitting laws and DIN standards, assesses and optimizes existing building stock, controls costs, deadlines, and quality, and prepares escape-route and rescue plans. The position requires a civil engineering degree, knowledge of construction and planning law, HOAI, standards, and project management, along with strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills. It offers above-tariff pay, an employment contract with no fixed term, and opportunities for takeover by client companies.
