raSmith is hiring a Civil Engineer for its Construction Services Division to conduct field inspections and testing, prepare and report engineering data, and prepare design drawings and specifications under the direction of a Project Manager. The role requires a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and 1–5 years or more of progressive experience in construction design-based engineering and construction inspection, with AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency preferred.
