MHC Immobilien GmbH is hiring a full-time, permanent Civil Engineer/Construction Site Manager to independently manage and supervise construction projects in the Schwäbisch Gmünd and Stuttgart areas. The role coordinates subcontractors, architects, planners, authorities, and internal teams; oversees deadlines, quality, costs, safety, documentation, change orders, acceptance, and tender bids. Applicants need a civil engineering or comparable qualification, several years of construction management or site-supervision experience, knowledge of VOB and building regulations, MS Office skills, and a Class B driver’s license. The position offers a company car, fuel card, training opportunities, and a salary of at least €4,000 per month.
