Sweco is hiring a Civil Engineering Construction Supervisor to carry out on-site construction supervision for civil engineering, road construction, and urban water management projects. The role is responsible for the qualitative and economic realization of ongoing projects and serves as the contact for clients, construction companies, permitting authorities, and internal project staff. Candidates need a civil engineering degree or comparable vocational training, professional experience in construction supervision and senior construction management, strong customer orientation, independence, teamwork, and very good German.
