WFP Philippines is hiring a Civil Engineer for an 11-month Special Service Agreement in Cotabato, Philippines, reporting to the Supply Chain Officer. The role provides construction and engineering expertise for office refurbishment, humanitarian response depots, school kitchens, and Kitchen-in-the-Box facilities, including site assessments, project planning, contractor supervision, design and shop-drawing review, quality and safety oversight, testing, commissioning, and handover. The position requires an advanced or first university degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a related discipline, at least three years of relevant postgraduate experience for advanced-degree holders or five years for first-degree holders, and fluency in English and Filipino.
