The Civil Engineer - Data Center Site Selection and Due Diligence supports PowerHouse Data Centers’ land acquisition and entitlement process by evaluating data center sites, coordinating civil, geotechnical, environmental, architectural, and landscape consultants, preparing site plans, budgets, cashflows, schedules, and permitting materials, and assessing environmental and acquisition risks. The role is on-site in McLean, Virginia, requires a bachelor’s degree or related experience plus at least five years of land planning, entitlements, or site engineering experience, and offers a base salary of $140,000 to $160,000 USD with medical, dental, and vision coverage.
