Description
TEHORA is seeking a Civil Engineer – Design to support municipal infrastructure projects, including estimating costs and quantities, producing plans and specifications, designing water supply, sewer, roadway, and stormwater networks, preparing regulatory applications, supervising construction compliance, monitoring budgets, and presenting work to clients. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, membership in the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec, and at least three years of relevant experience; specialization in networks and roadways, municipal consulting experience, stormwater best practices, and SWMM or water-supply network balancing are assets. The work may be remote or at client premises, with flexible schedules and career development opportunities.
