Paradigm Design is seeking a Civil Engineer / Engineer-in-Training (EIT) to join their team. This role involves supporting the planning, design, entitlement, and construction of land development and infrastructure projects, collaborating with various professionals, and utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D. The position requires candidates to be located in Grand Rapids, MI or Scottsdale, AZ. Responsibilities include preparing engineering drawings, analyzing data, assisting with technical reports, and communicating with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, EIT certification, and at least 3 years of civil engineering experience.
